Shipping Policy
Free standard delivery on orders over $150 (AUD), anywhere in Australia. We deliver within Australia only.
What delivery costs
- Standard — $22. Free on orders of $150 or more.
- Express — $33. A flat rate. The $150 free-delivery threshold applies to standard delivery only, so express is $33 whatever your order comes to.
- Bulky and freight items — $70. A flat freight rate on oversized goods: dangerous-goods and chemical storage cabinets, eyewash stations, bollards and barrier mesh. You will see it in the cart before you pay, and we will contact you before dispatch if the actual freight differs.
If your order contains both ordinary stock and a bulky item, both charges apply.
How long it takes
Allow 5 to 7 business days for us to prepare your order before it is dispatched. Orders are picked, checked and — where they are being embroidered or printed — decorated before they leave us.
For custom or decorated products, those 5 to 7 business days begin once you have approved the artwork.
- Standard. Carrier transit times vary by destination once your order is dispatched. Regional and remote addresses take longer than metropolitan ones.
- Express. Usually 2 to 4 business days in transit after dispatch. Express shortens the carrier's transit time, not the 5 to 7 business day preparation period.
Collecting instead of delivery
You can collect your order from Wodonga VIC or Wagga Wagga NSW at no charge — choose Pickup at checkout. We will email you when it is ready to collect; bring that email with you.
Tracking
We send a dispatch confirmation with tracking details wherever the carrier provides them.
