- Anti Freeze Valve Only The Anti-Freeze Valve is designed to automatically bleed off the stored water to prevent freezing, and reducing the risk of the equipment not operating. The Valve has an operating temperature range of: Opens at -1.7 degrees celsius, Closes at -4.4 degrees celsius The Valve is sensitive to water temperature only and unaffected by pressure changes. The Valve has a stainless steel body, fittings, spring and plug. Material of Construction: Stainless Steel. Australian Standard: AS4775 * 2.
